YOU WILL BE:
- As the Head of Marketing, you will have the unique opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing strategy and execution.
- You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth, while also laying the groundwork for future team expansion
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the business goals and growth targets.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, from digital marketing, content creation, SEO, social media, and email marketing, to traditional marketing efforts.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that funds are allocated to the most impactor initiatives.
- Create and execute data-driven campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Lead and nurture relationships with external agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
- Continuously track and analyse marketing performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure success.
- As the company grows, build, manage, and develop a team of marketing professionals to support future campaigns and initiatives.
