Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Electrician | Peterborough & Surrounding areas | Commercial Environments | Planned & Reactive Maintenance | 40K + Paid overtime, paid call out, van, fuel card, 33 days holiday etc (detailed below).
Due to increased contract demand we are actively seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Electrician to join our team based in/around Peterborough to work on a mobile basis, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial environments.
As anElectrical Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Electrician you will carrying out emergency lighting tests, fire alarm tests, electrical fault finding, wiring, lighting, lamps, ballasts, sockets, circuits, transformers, low voltage switching, electrical power supplies to HVAC, fire and security systems, electrical components withinHVAC, fire and security systems etc.
Bullet points summary / Package:
- Base Salary: 40,000.
- OTE: 50,000
- Status: Permanent, PAYE - paid monthly.
- Paid overtime available: x1.5 - x2 rates.
- Call out: 1 in 4 weeks, 100 per week standby + minimum of 4 hours if called out.
- Location: Peterborough & Surrounding areas (up to 60-90 minutes from home).
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm.
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays (total 33 days).
- Company pension provided.
- Company van & fuel card provided (business use).
Requirements:
- Must be a fully qualified Electrician to one of the following standards or equivalent: NVQ Level 3, C&G 2330 Part 2, C&G 2330 Level 3 etc.
- Must hold 18th edition or be willing to gain 18th edition.
- Experience working within the commercial maintenance industry is highly preferable.
- Must have a full uk driving license with under 9 points.
