Battery Validation Engineer

This is your opportunity to be part of my client's Electrification & Energy Solutions Battery Development Team, working on cutting-edge battery pack and electrical system validation for the client and third-party applications.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop detailed battery pack test plans based on system requirements, legislation, and risk assessments
  • Work with internal & external test providers to finalize test schedules and documentation
  • Lead fault-finding investigations and root cause analysis
  • Manage risk assessments (DFMEAs) and validation plans
  • Communicate validation progress to internal & external stakeholders
What You'll Need:
  • 2+ years of high-voltage battery validation experience
  • Strong data analysis & root cause resolution skills
  • Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining process discipline
