NXTGEN are thrilled to be recruiting a Finance Analyst to join a progressive and innovative organisation based in Peterborough. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the commercial team, providing vital financial insights and driving key processes that enhance decision-making and overall business performance. As a Finance Analyst, you'll be working with a renowned brand, supporting stakeholders and contributing to meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver financial analysis to support sales decision-making, including tender pricing and customer forecasting, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Review and approve promotional spend forms and invoices, maintaining accurate reconciliations and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Establish and monitor customer rebate agreements, ensuring alignment with contracts and providing accurate reporting.
  • Support period-end processes, including journal entries, margin share calculations, and data reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage and update BI systems, roll out new costings, provide user training, and oversee Power BI dashboards to meet operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent attention to detail, and experience with systems such as Power BI. You'll be proactive in solving problems, confident in stakeholder collaboration, and dedicated to maintaining high standards in compliance, health & safety, and inclusion.
