Our client is a dynamic and growing financial services firm with a strong focus on pensions. Due to expansion, they are looking to hire a Compliance Analyst with solid experience in pensions. After an initial training period, the role will be hybrid, with some travel expected. This is a varied and engaging role with exposure across the business.  Reporting to a senior team member, the appointee will play a key role in embedding compliance within operational teams. This will involve:
  • Horizon scanning to identify regulatory changes affecting pensions and financial services.
  • Assessing and implementing internal processes to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
  • Providing guidance to operational teams, ensuring they understand and apply compliance requirements.
  • Identifying knowledge gaps within the business and supporting training initiatives.
  • Leading the implementation of regulatory changes, working closely with stakeholders.
We are particularly keen to speak with compliance professionals or operations professionals with strong pensions experience in the financial services industry.  Ideal candidates will have:
  • A solid understanding of pensions regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience ensuring operational teams meet compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across the business.
