Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and feedback
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure audit files meet regulatory and internal quality standards
  • Assist with business development activities and contribute to the firm’s growth
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
