The ONE Group is partnering with a leading organization in central Peterborough to find a qualified Finance Manager.
The role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days remote and 2 days in the office, and has potential for advancement to Finance Controller within 6-12 months.
Candidates must be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience and a proven track record in team management.
The position includes responsibilities such as budgeting, forecasting, and management of a small finance team.

The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with an industry-leading organisation, whose stunning offices are based in central Peterborough. They are looking for a qualified Finance Manager to join their team on a hybrid working basis - and we're lucky enough to be assisting them with their search.This is an exciting and newly created role, with an opportunity for the right candidate to step into a Finance Controller position in the next 6-12 months. But it doesn't stop there, this role will also give you a clear pathway to become a future Finance Director in the next few years.The role will be split between the office and home/remote working, with a split of 3 days a week working remotely, and the other two days based in the office. Key areas of responsibility will include:

Budgeting and forecasting
Monthly management accounts
Management of a small finance team
Regular process and control reviews
Support with new system developments
Data analysis and stakeholder management

You will need to be (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) qualified with at least 3-4 years' PQE.
