AdministratorLocation: Peterborough, Office Based.Salary: £13-£15 per hour, depending on experience.Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for an administrative role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking an Administrator to support our training and health & safety consultancy services. This is a varied role that combines administration, financial tasks, and facilities support. Key Responsibilities:? Handling enquiries, bookings, and preparing training materials? Providing a professional and welcoming experience for course delegates? General administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and proofing documents? Supporting financial administration, such as processing invoices and managing payments? Assisting with marketing tasks, including updating course brochures and social media? Ensuring training rooms and facilities are maintained and fully stocked? Supporting digital content management, including online resources and eLearning updates What We’re Looking For:?? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Access training provided)?? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry?? Friendly and professional communication skills?? Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively??
