I have an opportunity for a Laminator who is early in their career and is looking to join a leading motorsports business working on high-end composite components. With major projects ahead, I am looking to speak with professionals who have some knowledge in composite manufacturing and is looking to push their career.
You will be responsible for the manufacture and efficient, timely delivery of high-quality, carbon-infused composite components. Previous experience in composite laminating within the F1, Motorsport, Automotive, or Aerospace industries is preferred.
The Role:
路Understand the carbon fibre lay-up, resin infusion, and vacuum system processes to produce precision engineered components.
路Collaborate with design, engineering, and the build teams to ensure project specifications are met and on time.
路Conduct quality inspections and testing, ensuring components meet the highest motorsport standards.
路Troubleshoot technical challenges in lamination and contribute to process improvements.
路Ensure health & safety procedures are followed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
路Work on bespoke projects, adapting to unique customer requirements and tight deadlines.

Requirements:
路Experience in either composite laminating, carbon fibre laminating and resin infusion techniques.
路A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with precision in high-pressure environments.
路Experience laminating on Cars, Race Cars, Boats, Trains, Aircrafts, Motorhomes etc.
