As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the operational side of the business, providing administrative support during the recruitment process and work closely with hiring managers to ensure process efficiency and organisation. Key responsibilities:*Coordinate and schedule interviews*Manage offer letters and contracts*Manage the new starter process*Responsible for checking and uploading right to work documents*Accurately use and maintain the ATS (applicant tracking system)*Update talent databases, ensuring accurate records of availability, skills, and profiles.*Serve as a point of contact for talent inquiries and concerns, ensuring smooth communication.*Handle confidential information regarding talent with discretion and professionalismTo be considered for the position:*You'll be a strong administrator who is organised and process driven*You'll be proactive, confident and able to apply your initiative to tasks*You'll be computer literate and able to learn and use new systems with ease*You'll have a positive attitude and want to learn and develop*It is essential that you have a valid driving license and access to your own transport.The details:*Full time role, Monday to Friday *Salary up to £28k depending on experience*Other company benefits
