As a Renewals Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service and promote our client's range of warranty products. Your main responsibilities will include conducting customer calls, managing leads, and delivering first-class service to customers. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, telesales experience or customer engagement skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

The core hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The annual salary ranges from £21,000 to £24,000, depending on experience, with the potential to earn over £30,000 per year through uncapped commission.
