Job Type: Full-Time in Office - 9am to 5:30pm - 30 min lunch break - Monday to Friday.

Role OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Lead Generation Coordinator, to support our growth by creating new opportunities with prospective clients in the electronics sector. The ideal candidate will identify and establish connections with key decision-makers at target companies, focusing on those with product ownership, in-house design, and manufacturing capabilities. This role is essential to expanding our network of clients in need of reliable power supply solutions and to generating inquiries for our Tier 1 suppliers. Working closely with sales and marketing, you will build relationships and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers, paving the way for successful long-term connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Research Prospects: Utilise Lusha, industry-specific platforms, exhibit lists, and other resources to research and identify potential client companies within our target sectors.
  • Initial Outreach: Make introductory calls to gather information on the company’s power supply needs (e.g., use of PSUs and demand) and introduce Ideal Power’s offerings in power supply solutions.
  • Data Gathering & Management: Capture and manage information on prospective clients, including contact details, decision-making roles, and power supply requirements.
  • Qualify Prospects: Assess potential clients based on criteria such as their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline, ensuring accurate data gathering & management.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Nurture qualified prospects by sharing relevant content, following up consistently, and fostering a connection until they develop into an enquiry.
  • Collaborate on Strategy: Work with sales and marketing to refine strategies that enhance outreach efforts and increase engagement with new prospects.
  • Report Progress: Provide regular updates on outreach activities, including key metrics, pipeline progress, and insights for strategy adjustments.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Lusha, and CRM tools.
  • Strong phone communication skills with a focus on initiating contact and building relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge with the electronics or power supply sector.
