General Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £67,500 (Dependant on previous Experience)

Location: Market Deeping, Lincolnshire

Are you a strategic and hands-on leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? Do you have the skills to drive operational efficiency, control budgets, and uphold the highest safety standards? You will be responsible for overseeing production, optimising processes, managing budgets, and ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities of the General Manager:

  • Operational Leadership - Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met.
  • Budget Management - Develop, manage, and control budgets to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Health & Safety Compliance - Implement and uphold health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment in line with NEBOSH standards.
  • Process Improvement - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce waste.
  • Team Leadership & Development - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with senior leadership, suppliers, and customers to drive business success.
