Our client is a leading Education setting who is looking for a proactive and highly organized HR Administrator to join their central team.  If you have a passion for HR, a keen eye for detail, and experience in recruitment processes, I’d be keen to hear from you!Please note that this role is on site and is term time only- 41 weeks of the year.Actual salary- £22569- £24495.Your Role:As the HR Administrator, you will:
  • Lead on all recruitment processes from advertising vacancies to onboarding new staff.
  • Ensure compliance with Safer Recruitment guidelines and employment law.
  • Work closely with school leaders and HR teams to deliver an efficient recruitment service.
  • Handle pre-employment checks, contracts, and onboarding administration.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Support wider HR administrative duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration.
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Safer Recruitment and HR compliance is desirable.
  • Experience in education or the public sector is a plus!
