If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! About the RoleAs a HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients manufacturing team operates at peak productivity while upholding our high standards of food safety, integrity, and employee engagement. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to provide outstanding HR support, maintain essential records, and drive continuous improvement in our people operations.What You’ll Be Doing:- Maintaining and updating HR systems (ADP) for promotions, new hires, and employee changes- Supporting employee relations by assisting in investigations, hearings, and case management- Managing the Occupational Health process from start to finish- Coordinating recruitment efforts up to Shift Manager level, from planning to onboarding- Conducting onboarding and inductions to ensure new employees feel welcomed and supported- Driving continuous improvement in HR services to optimise efficiency and effectiveness- Assisting with HR projects, consultations, and general inquiries What We’re Looking For:- Solid experience in HR systems, processes, and employment legislation- A passion for cultural transformation and employee engagement- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact with employees at all levels- A proactive and initiative-taking approach to problem-solving and decision-making- The ability to work either late or earlies twice a month in order to communicate with the night shift Why Join our Client?- Be part of a dynamic and supportive People & Culture team- Make a real impact on employee experience and workplace culture- Enjoy opportunities for growth and professional development- Work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same! Anne Corder Recruitment Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
