From talent attraction and retention to engagement and culture transformation, this role is at the heart of their People Strategy. What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading & Developing a Team – Manage, mentor, and develop their People Advisors, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.- Driving Process & Policy Innovation – Develop and implement HR policies and processes that empower line managers, streamline operations, and enhance employee experience.- Enhancing Employee Engagement & Relations – Lead key People Strategy workstreams, develop training & events calendars, and implement talent management and succession planning initiatives.- Partnering with Leadership – Work closely with directors and stakeholders across the business to drive People Operations best practice and support business-wide initiatives.- HR Systems & Compliance – Oversee the effective use of PeopleSource, SuccessFactors, iTrent, and MHR, ensuring legal compliance and efficiency in all People Operations activities. What We are Looking For:- HR Leadership Experience – Proven experience in line managing HR teams and delivering first-class People services.- Expertise in HR & Employment Law – Strong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations, and best HR practices.- Project & Change Management – Ability to lead HR initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver measurable results.- Stakeholder & Relationship Management – Confident in working with senior leaders, building trust, and influencing change.- Tech & Data-Driven Approach – Experience using HR systems (PeopleSource, SuccessFactors, iTrent, MHR) and SharePoint.- Passion for Talent & Engagement – A keen eye for recruitment, talent development, and employee experience. Why You’ll Love Working for our Client:- A people-focused culture that values innovation, collaboration, and well-being.- A dynamic and fast-paced environment where your ideas make an impact.- A chance to work closely with senior leadership, shaping HR strategies across the business.- Hybrid working with flexibility to balance office and remote work.- Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Anne Corder Recruitment Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
