HR Officer

Due to a considerable amount of growth, we are now in the position to support a highly regarded organisation identify a skilled and experienced HR Officer who can competently work alongside the Head of HR of a business with an employee force of circa 50.

Taking the responsibility of the day to day HR reins, will enable the Head of HR to look at more strategic projects, ultimately to increase the success of this business even further.

This all encompassing HR Officer role will see involvement in the following areas;

  • On boarding New Starters
  • Employee Engagement
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Training & Development
  • Policy & Procedures Review & Maintenance
  • HR Reporting
  • Employee Relations Support

  • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Ability to understand and interpret technical guidance such as UK employment law and regulations
