- Day Rate: £110 - £115 (depending on experience)

In this role, you'll be working 100% from the office to provide essential tech support and help keep things running smoothly for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering first-class 1st line IT support, resolving user queries efficiently and with a customer-first mindset
- Escalating more complex issues to 2nd and 3rd line support as needed
- Collaborating with external technology providers to ensure smooth system operations
- Office-based role, Monday to Friday (standard office hours)
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in an IT support role, providing help both in-person and over the phone
- A proactive, solution-focused approach, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
- Passion for working in a dynamic, professional environment that values teamwork, diversity, and inclusion
