- Provide IT support to staff, both remotely and in person.
- Identify and resolve IT issues efficiently.
- Install and maintain desktop/server software and hardware.
- Develop and improve IT infrastructure.
- Perform proactive server and desktop maintenance.
- Research and implement new technologies.
- Troubleshoot advanced technical issues.
- Create support documentation and assist in user training.
- Knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server 2016/19/22,
- Knowledge of Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/GPO.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience troubleshooting networks (wired/wireless) and TCP/IP.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle during working hours.
