Town Planner / Senior Planner

The Role
As a key part of the Development Team, you will:
- Manage planning applications from concept to construction
- Engage with stakeholders, including local communities and planning authorities
- Lead on site analysis and assessments to shape future developments
- Monitor planning policy changes to ensure projects align with national and local land use policies
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field
- A minimum of five years' experience in planning and development, ideally with a focus on land-led promotion
- A strong understanding of UK planning legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
