Town Planner / Senior Planner

The Role

As a key part of the Development Team, you will:

  • Manage planning applications from concept to construction
  • Engage with stakeholders, including local communities and planning authorities
  • Lead on site analysis and assessments to shape future developments
  • Monitor planning policy changes to ensure projects align with national and local land use policies

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field
  • A minimum of five years' experience in planning and development, ideally with a focus on land-led promotion
  • A strong understanding of UK planning legislation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
