Export Coordinator - Supply Chain
Location: Peterborough
Salary: 15.47 PAYE
Contract Type: 12 months
The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised professional to join our Supply Chain team in Peterborough. This role is critical in planning, arranging, and processing shipments for our global customer base, ensuring efficient and compliant export operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipment Coordination - Arrange and oversee the dispatch of products based on availability.
- Carrier & Customer Liaison - Work closely with carriers and customers to schedule collections.
- Documentation Management - Prepare, submit, and distribute all necessary shipment documentation.
- Export Compliance - Process and record export entries, ensuring adherence to HMRC regulations.
What We Are Looking For
- Customer Service Excellence - Ability to resolve issues promptly and provide high-quality service.
- Attention to Detail - Strong accuracy in processing documentation and identifying errors.
- Flexibility & Adaptability - Ability to manage changing priorities and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Import/Export Knowledge - Understanding of international shipping processes and compliance.
- Transportation Coordination - Experience in arranging transportation and ensuring timely shipments.
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of HMRC duty suspension schemes.
- Experience with Incoterms and SOX compliance.
