An exciting opportunity to join our Peterborough Office as a Office Assistant.

Role Overview : 

The role based at the Peterborough Office is to provide a first class service to all staff and visitors (internal and external) to ensure the office runs smoothly working closely with the Office Administration Team.

Team Overview : 

The Peterborough Office Administration team is small and consists of 3 members (including this role).

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Being the first point of contact both face to face and on the telephone for clients, professional contacts, employees, tenant, suppliers etc.
  • Processing invoices for payment including creating POs.
  • Stationery and kitchen consumables ordering
  • Organising schedules for work shadowing students and assisting the social committee with organising events.
  • Working with the Office Manager and PA to Head Of Office with promoting company initiatives within the office.
  • Working with the PA to Head Of Office and Office Business Development Board with organising events.
  • Updating contacts details in Dynamics CRM when required.
  • Completing and/or obtaining the venue event H&S Risk Assessment
  • Liaising with the digital marketing team in organise the creating and sending of invites. Liaising with social media and PR teams so they create posts on LinkedIn and publications.
  • Attending events 
  • Ordering merchandise required for the events i.e. pens, note pads etc.
  • Ensuring fee-earners have materials research publications etc. for events
  • Maintaining teams channel with up to date information
  • Creating updating team sheets/PDF invites etc on Canva.
