Head of Operations
Salary: £55,125 per annum
Benefits: Private health insurance (post-probation), company car, 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic leader to oversee operations across a diverse portfolio of care services, including Children’s Services, Adult Learning Disabilities Services, and Respite Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and develop operational teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Collaborate with Registered Managers to ensure compliance with CQC standards and drive service improvements.
- Identify growth opportunities, oversee new service mobilisation, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Act as the Nominated Individual for CQC and organisational Safeguarding Lead.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Proven leadership experience within regulated care settings.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding principles.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and inspire high-performing teams.
