Head of Operations
Salary: £55,125 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic leader to oversee operations across a diverse portfolio of care services, including Children’s Services, Adult Learning Disabilities Services, and Respite Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and develop operational teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Collaborate with Registered Managers to ensure compliance with CQC standards and drive service improvements.
  • Identify growth opportunities, oversee new service mobilisation, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Act as the Nominated Individual for CQC and organisational Safeguarding Lead.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Proven leadership experience within regulated care settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and inspire high-performing teams.
