This role will be directly responsible for driving HR initiatives across the hospital, ensuring HR operations are managed in-house, and aligning HR strategy with business objectives. The HRBP will serve as the key advisor to senior management, fostering a positive and compliant workplace while supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.This position will report directly to the HR Director, working closely with hospital leadership to implement best practices that enhance employee engagement, retention, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Leadership. Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leadership and department heads, offering strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR compliance..
