The Role:

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to efficiently schedule and manage engineers, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.

This role requires attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to follow processes and procedures efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule engineers for reactive and servicing jobs using a job management system.
  • Ensure jobs are completed and properly closed out.
  • Escalate scheduling issues to the Team Leader.
  • Support administrative tasks such as billing and reporting.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with planning and scheduling, considering geographical locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
