Package Details

Hybrid working offered

Hours 37.5pw - Early/Late rotation, Monday to Friday 09.00 - 21.00, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10.00 -18.30

Benefits: 23 days Annual Leave (Increases by 1 every year up to a max of 26) + Bank Holidays / Free Gym Membership / Company Pension Scheme

Expected Salary: 24-28k inc. shift allowance (based on experience), plus opportunity to earn Monthly Performance Bonus.

Daily Tasks

  • To carry out welcome calls to new customers whilst ensuring that there accounts are set up effectively and they are aware of all the services available to them.
  • Should any concerns or issues arise, to manage and resolve as quickly and efficiency as possible, strengthen the relationship as your progress
  • Carry out customer renewal calls and share latest promotions and offers to win back lost customers
  • Methodically capture document interactions and accurately maintain information in the CRM system
  • Provide ad hoc reports and insights for senior management, identifying trends, reporting on customer feedback and suggesting recommendations for improvements where necessary
