We are seeking an Administrator/Receptionist for our Education Centre located above the Peterborough Central Library. This temporary position requires an immediate start following a successful interview and completion of safer recruitment checks. The role involves managing front desk activities, including answering calls, booking visitors/clients, and organising meetings and room bookings.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls as necessary.
  • Booking in visitors and clients, ensuring a smooth reception experience.
  • Scheduling meetings and managing room bookings efficiently.
  • Handling basic administrative tasks using Midas and MS Office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using Midas and MS Office for basic tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
