We are seeking an Administrator/Receptionist for our Education Centre located above the Peterborough Central Library. This temporary position requires an immediate start following a successful interview and completion of safer recruitment checks. The role involves managing front desk activities, including answering calls, booking visitors/clients, and organising meetings and room bookings.
Day-to-day of the role:- Answering the telephone and directing calls as necessary.
- Booking in visitors and clients, ensuring a smooth reception experience.
- Scheduling meetings and managing room bookings efficiently.
- Handling basic administrative tasks using Midas and MS Office.
- Proficiency in using Midas and MS Office for basic tasks.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
