Day-to-day of the role:
  • Identify, generate, and maintain a pipeline of business within your market.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients and resource for job vacancies.
  • Conduct meetings with clients and candidates and write precise job specifications.
  • Spot opportunities for short, medium, and long-term wins.
  • Maintain a high-quality database for active business engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven sales ability, tenacity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver professional and credible interactions with candidates and clients.
  • Confidence in phone-based communication with excellent listening skills.
  • Driven to consistently exceed KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.
