As a Lifecycle Consultant, you will drive aftermarket growth by optimising parts and service solutions throughout the product lifecycle, focusing on New Product Introduction (NPI). Working across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing, you will lead projects, improve processes, and maximise parts sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead aftermarket deliverables in NPI and product deletion projects.
Develop repair options and enhance existing aftermarket processes.
Manage parts branding, supplier agreements, and service solutions.
Use data analysis to drive parts revenue and market success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align aftermarket strategies.
Skills & Experience
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of NPI, product deletion, aftermarket systems, and service solutions.
Ability to analyse complex data and provide strategic direction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Experience with engineering drawings and Teamcenter (preferred).
Industry Background
3-5 years in manufacturing, automotive, or engineering with an aftermarket focus.
Working Hours & Interview Process
37 hours/week, flexible start and finish times.
Two-stage interview: virtual (1 hour) and face-to-face (2 hours), STAR format.
