Job Title: Category Operations ManagerLocation: Hybrid (2 days in the Peterborough office, 3 days working from home). Occasional travel to the client's site when required, travel expenses paid.Salary: £28,000 per annumHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (9:00 am - 5:30 pm with a one-hour lunch break).About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Category Operations Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data and operational management, with strong attention to detail and a desire to contribute to category management. You will be supporting the Category Manager in managing product ranges and ensuring accurate and timely communication with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Category Manager in the development, review, and implementation of product ranges for a major retail client.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, retail partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and handle ad hoc data requests to support the Category Management team.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Occasionally present findings and updates to external clients.
