- Achieve sales growth targets and drive business development
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, both new and existing
- Manage direct sales and marketing within your assigned regions
- Conduct presentations and seminars to showcase innovative foundry solutionsÂ
- Work closely with marketing and engineering teams to ensure product alignmentÂ
- Provide accurate project information and maintain CRM records
- Ensure quotations and drawings meet customer requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and development for new productsÂ
- Travel across the UK and internationally to meet potential clients (Full UK Driving License Required)
- Foundry industry experience (chemically bonded/no-bake sector is essential)
- Sales experience is advantageous but not essential – as training will be provided.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with a professional approach
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel within the UK & internationally as you develop in the role
- Full UK driving licence & legal right to work in the UK
