We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and creative Art Technician to join a thriving secondary school in Peterborough, starting in January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Art Department in delivering a wide range of inspiring and practical lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Art Department in preparing materials and resources for lessons.
  • Ensure that all art equipment and resources are maintained and stored safely.
  • Provide technical support to teachers and students during practical art lessons.
  • Help to manage the display of artwork across the school.
  • Support with the organisation of exhibitions, workshops, and art-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or a strong background in art and design.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and creativity.
