Working for a well known Finance Company based in Peterborough, my client is looking for an experienced Web Developer to work with their expanding team.

Ideally you will have the following experience:

  • Work with the product team to build new MVC websites, using Agile development methodology
  • Collaborate with designers to implement frontend designs using HTML, SASS, JavaScript and Asp.Net, to deliver responsive sites that meet their precise specifications
  • Develop and integrate Web APIs to support the frontend sites and automate business processes
  • Extend service APIs, by replacing legacy services, and creating service gateways for integration into the legacy systems
  • Set up test, UAT and live environments/continuous integration pipelines, for new sites using Azure, Azure Dev-Ops and IIS, including deployment tests to detect major issues as early as possible
  • Maintain DNS records and SSL certificates for sites and services
  • Work with advertising specialists to accurately track ad campaign traffic, using Google Tag Manager, and set up A/B tests using Google Optimise
  • Research, implement and document new tools and technologies to improve workflow.
