What's the Role?
We're on the lookout for driven, money-motivated Sales Consultants who love closing deals and earning big! You'll be engaging with customers, cross-selling multiple utility services, and turning conversations into commissions.
- Inbound & Outbound Calls - Engage potential customers & convert interest into sales.
- Selling & Cross-Selling - Offer essential utility services to new & existing customers.
- Closing Deals = More Commission - Your hustle, your earnings!
- CRM Management (Salesforce) - Keep track of leads & stay organised.
- Overcoming Objections - Listen, adapt, and turn 'no' into 'yes.'
- Managing Your Pipeline - Prioritise leads to maximise productivity & earnings.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ Year of Proven Sales Experience - You've smashed targets before, and you'll do it again!
- Confidence & Charisma - You're great at building relationships.
- Resilient & Target-Driven - You don't take 'no' for an answer.
- Organised & Self-Motivated - You take ownership of your success.
- Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using CRM systems & Microsoft Office.
