About you

  • You’ll have proven experience in developing and implementing training programmes, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
  • You’ll have knowledge of the insurance industry or financial services sector, including FCA regulations.
  • You’ll be skilled in managing relationships with senior management and operational teams.
  • You’ll have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic learning projects.
  • You’ll be a creative thinker, able to adapt training programmes to meet evolving business needs.
  • You’ll develop and implement training programmes, including inductions, system/process training, and soft skills workshops.
