Staffpower Group are currently recruiting for a Warehouse/FLT driver to work for our client who specialise in logistics, distribution, and warehousing based in Peterlee.
You must have a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence.
Wage and Hours:
- £11.44 per hour
- 8am 5pm Mon to Friday (40 hours)
- First weeks of training will consist of day shift, after that there is a back shift working 5pm-3am at £15.00 per hour
- Temp to perm contract
Your main duties will include:
- Loading / unloading vehicles
- Goods receipt and despatch tasks including paperwork checks, discrepancies, and damages
- Order checks to ensure goods match part numbers and quantities
- Forklift truck daily checks
- Order picking and packing
- Handling Scanners
- Stocktaking / Stock checking
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience working in a similar role is preferred.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and under pressure.
- Driving licence is preferred.
