Painter and Decorator needed for a permanent position within a well establsihed family business who specliase in high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
• Applying paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using various techniques.
• Mixing and matching paint colours to achieve desired results.
• Repairing cracks, holes, and other imperfections in walls and surfaces.
• Assisting with the selection of materials and finishes based on client preferences.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the work area

Requirements:

• City & Guilds or NVQ in Painting and Decorating is essential.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Painter and Decorator.
• Proficiency in various painting techniques and finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to painting and decorating.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
