Alecto Recruitment is recruiting currently for an experienced LV Cable Jointer.

Our client is a leading and established Civil Engineering and Utilities contractor. A NERS Accredited business who due to continued growth is looking to hire an experienced LV Cable Jointer.

This position will cover areas such as: Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and some parts of West Sussex.

Salary:

• 45,000 - 50,000
• Overtime available
• Company Van + Fuel Card + Tools

The Role:

• You will be responsible for installing new and repairing existing assets such as mains and service cables, pillars, link boxes and substations
• Fault finding on the distribution network including the restoration of LV Supplies by means of fuse replacement
• Fault repairs
• Test and switch on the LV Network

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced and qualified LV Cable Jointer
• Ideally you will have experience on PILC Cables, Mains overlay and Linkbox's
• Any experience on Consac would be desirable
• Working on Cable faults
