Job Title: Plumber/Multi trader - Temp to Perm
Area: Petersfield
Pay: 23 p/h
Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Plumber/Multi trader to work on their maintenance contracts in Petersfield and surrounding. Van and fuel card included.
Duties:
- Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering etc.
- Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure they are aware of progress and action being taken.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety legislations
- Ensure work is completed on time
- To use and apply a Schedule of Rates for job repairs
- Available to cover out of hours emergency call outs in accordance with the Rota.
- Complete and maintain paperwork accurately
Requirements:
- Wide variety of Multi Trade experience
- Strong Plumbing skills
- Social housing/High volume works experience
- UK Driving licence
