We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our team at the Holly Hill Campus. This role involves teaching Level 2 apprenticeship students and collaborating with the Curriculum Manager to expand and develop the department. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver educational content to Level 2 apprenticeship students, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Curriculum Manager on curriculum expansion and departmental development.
  • Utilise industry experience to provide practical, real-world insights to students.
  • Engage with students to motivate and inspire them towards achieving their educational and career goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
  • Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups.
  • Efficient administration skills to support effective student record-keeping.
