Working within the NPI team to provide support to help deliver current new model launches across several customers
Leading technical investigations including looking into root cause analysis and resolution for component, sub-component and full assembly function issues. Using Gauge analysis and problem solving tools
Supporting internal project reviews and customer meetings to review part maturation progress
Working with the project manager on pre-production build activities. Could include Assembly/Quality inspection of parts and preparation needed before shipment

Trainee Launch EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Degree, HNC or HND qualified in a relevant engineering discipline (Preferred but not essential – industry experience will be considered)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge or experience around NPI, SOP or launch activities
