This role will involve the successful candidate travelling to client sites within the M25 and providing a range of planned and reactive services. With COMCAT knowledge successful and an electrical qualification advantageous, the correct individual will feel comfortable installing, repairing and maintaining a mixture of gas and electrical equipment.

The Role:

• Monday to Friday from 05:00 to 14:00 with mid-week overtime at 1.5x and weekend overtime at 2x. Work one in three weekends.
• Provide a range of planned and reactive installations, maintenance and repair of a wide range of commercial catering equipment
• Travel to a variety of client sites within the M25, mainly within hotels, restaurants and occasionally schools and mobile catering vans
• Fault finding on both electrical and gas commercial catering equipment including refrigeration
• Equipment repairs include Combi Ovens, Tandori Ovens, Rabata Grills and Hot Holding Cupboards

The Person:

• Proven experience within a similar role
• Hold valid COMCAT qualification
• Relevant electrical experience with a qualification advantageous
