VisionFR is acting on behalf of a fabulous Creative Agency who are seeking a confident Purchase Ledger Assistant. It’s a dynamic agency with a vibrant culture. Working as part of the finance team you will be the main contact point for suppliers

Purchase Ledger Assistant Responsibilities will include:

  • Set up new supplier accounts
  • Process, code and post all supplier invoices after gaining relevant authorisation
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations
  • Raise payment runs for suppliers, expenses and winner payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Process credit card expenses
  • Manage the accounts inbox
  • Keep PAYE Settlement Agreement tracker up to date
  • Support in month end processing
  • Assist with implementation new accounting software

Purchase Ledger Assistant Key Attributes Required:

  • Paprika experience is preferable but not essential
  • 1 year AP experience minimum
  • Basic Excel experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Team Player
  • Interpersonal, communication and teamworking skills
  • Previous finance experience in a creative agency (marketing / design/ PR / production, etc)
