Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team in Pershore. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain transport documentation and records.
- Schedule and coordinate transport activities.
- Communicate with drivers and customers to arrange deliveries.
- Monitor and track transport vehicles and shipments.
- Assist with invoicing and financial documentation.
- Previous experience in transport administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
