Join our clients dynamic sales support team and play a vital role as a Customer Service Administrator in processing new and renewing business energy supply tenders.

Please note, this position will be hybrid working 2 days in the office once you have passed your training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage business energy contracts, including pricing, renewals, and administration.
  • Dealing with some inbound calls, responding to customer queries.
  • Accurately log, quote, and accept high volumes of electricity and gas contracts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work meets strict compliance and accuracy standards.
  • Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment while managing your own workload.

What We're Looking For:

? Highly organised and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.? Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).? Utility experience is desirable but not essential-full training provided!
