We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our Plymouth based client. This role involves supporting the accurate calculation, billing, and management of utility-related charges for a number of revenue streams.
Responsibilities:
- Process financial invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Support the calculation and billing of periodic charges.
- Reconcile accounts and manage financial data related to vacant properties.
- Address queries and resolve complaints related to charges.
- Prepare accruals and perform data analysis to support financial reporting.
- Assist with stakeholder consultations and contribute to policy development.
- Experience in finance, including accounts payable and management accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.
- Effective communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
- AAT Level 3 or equivalent qualification preferred.
