We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our Plymouth based client. This role involves supporting the accurate calculation, billing, and management of utility-related charges for a number of revenue streams. Responsibilities:
  • Process financial invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Support the calculation and billing of periodic charges.
  • Reconcile accounts and manage financial data related to vacant properties.
  • Address queries and resolve complaints related to charges.
  • Prepare accruals and perform data analysis to support financial reporting.
  • Assist with stakeholder consultations and contribute to policy development.
Requirements:
  • Experience in finance, including accounts payable and management accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • AAT Level 3 or equivalent qualification preferred.
