DK Recruitment is working with an award-winning company to help them find a Financial Reporting Accountant. This is a key role, essential in maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders both within and outside the company.The RoleAs Financial Reporting Accountant, you will act as a main point of contact for external accounting teams and play a vital role in financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports for the parent company
  • Ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and compliance with agreements
  • Supporting the preparation of tax packs and liaising with external advisors
  • Providing financial expertise to the finance team
  • Handling advanced accounting tasks during month-end processes
  • Managing complex or unusual financial transactions
  • Assisting with audits and annual accounts preparation
  • Supporting internal control processes
  • Providing ad-hoc support to senior finance staff as needed
About You:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards
  • Good understanding of financial compliance in large organizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in IT systems, including ERP systems and Excel
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well under pressure as part of a busy team
